Lara Logan

 Lara Logan (born 29/03/71) is an South African television, radio and war reporter. She was an CBS News reporter from 2002 until 2018.60 Minutes executive producers Jeff Fager and Lara Logan have called her factually incorrect and biased report on the 2012 Benghazi attacks "the biggest mistake of my entire decade of watching." In the year 2019 she joined the Sinclair Broadcast Group, a conservative media company. 4 She joined Fox Nation in January 2020. Fox News runs the subscription streaming service. She claimed that she was "dumped" by Fox Nation in March 2022. Logan was a journalist for the Sunday Tribune of Durban during her studies (1988-1989), followed by the Daily News of the city (1990-1992). She joined Reuters Television Africa in 1992 as a senior producer. After four years, she decided to branch out into freelance journalism and was appointed as an editor/producer, reporter and editor/producer at Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY and CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC and the European Broadcasting Union. CNN employed her to write on events such as the 1998 United States Embassy bombings in Nairobi, Tanzania and the conflict in Northern Ireland.
